"Everything in nature invites us constantly to be what we are."

~ Gretel Ehrlich

Hello. My name is Jeffery Clark. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland University College with a focus on sociology and criminal justice. I received a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University with a focus on mental health counseling and substance addiction. I have training in therapeutic modalities to include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am also an experienced clinician providing therapeutic interventions focused on substance use disorders to include psychoeducation about addiction and developing relapse prevention skills.

I work with adolescences and adults ages 13 to 55 with a variety of concerns. My approach to therapy is focused on developing a strong relationship first as this is necessary for the work ahead. Hope. Honesty. Humility. These are my guiding stars when it comes to treatment. Using a client-centered and non-judgmental stance, I will walk beside you in your journey to find the things that help you learn more about yourself at a deeper level and address your concerns that brought you here. I like to have fun in session and enjoy challenging the idea that therapy is scary, robotic, or focused on handouts and self-help books.

I offer flexible scheduling to include morning or evening appointments via Telehealth and in-person options. If you feel that a loved one would benefit from sitting in our session, lets talk about how to make that happen.

Thank you for your time. I look forward to the challenges ahead.

Jeffery Clark
